  1. What are your hours of operation?
    We are open for business:
    Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
    Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm

    If you are unable to reach us during business hours, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly.

  2. Will you clean my screens?
    Yes! Screen cleaning is included in our overall cleaning process. We remove, scrub, rinse and replace every screen, regardless of size.

  3. What does it mean that you guarantee all your work?
    When we say we guarantee all our work, we mean that we will do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied with the job we have done. If you find anything that is unsatisfactory, let us know, and we will come to your home or business as soon as possible to fix the problem.

  4. If you are booked several weeks in advance, is it possible to get my windows cleaned very soon if I have a special event coming up?
    Yes. In many cases, we will be able to accommodate your requests for immediate cleaning.

  5. Will the scraping step in your four-step process scratch my windows?
    No. We use a professional grade razor blade that will not scratch your window to remove any bugs, dirt, or paint overspray. We also regularly replace our razor blades so that we are always using a fresh blade when we clean your windows.

  6. How much do you charge per window?
    There are many different types of windows: double-hung, casement, picture windows, French doors, windows with muntins (external wooden grids), storm windows, insulated windows, transom windows, bay windows, etc. All of these windows come in a host of different sizes. This makes it practically impossible to use one fixed charge for each window. The only way to accurately approximate how much it would cost to clean your windows is for us to come to your home or business and provide you with a free estimate.

  7. Do I need to be home when you come give me an estimate?
    No. We are able to write an accurate estimate from the outside of your home. We can leave the estimate package on the front step, under the place mat, or in another area of your choosing.

  8. When can I get an estimate?
    We give estimates on Monday and Thursday of every week, between the hours 8:00am-5:00pm. If you call us, we will schedule your estimate on the day closest to the time you contacted us. If you call us on a Monday or Thursday, it is possible we will be able to give you an estimate that same day.

  9. Do you clean both the interior and exterior?
    Yes. We clean both the interior and exterior, but you can opt to have only the exterior cleaned.

  10. What about hard-to-reach windows?
    We have the equipment to give us access to almost any window. Very rarely do we come across a window that we are unable to clean. We will do what we can to clean every window on your home or business. You do not pay for any window(s) that we are unable to clean.

  11. How often should I have my windows professionally cleaned?
    For homes, we recommend you have the exterior professionally cleaned twice a year and the interior once a year. Regular cleaning not only keeps your windows looking good, it protects them as well. This means your windows will look better, longer. Windows on business store-fronts require more frequent cleanings.

  12. Do you provide references?
    Yes. We provide names and phone numbers of a few of our satisfied clients who have agreed to receive phone calls from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday in order to offer comments on our services. This information is always included in your estimate package.

  13. Do I need to do anything before you come out to clean my windows?
    It is helpful for us if you move any knick-knacks (figurines, dishes, picture frames, etc.) away from the inside of your windows. Don’t worry about large furniture—we will take care of moving the big stuff. If you are unable to get to the things around your windows, don’t worry about it. We will carefully remove anything that hinders us from fully cleaning your window, and we will put everything back in its proper place when we are finished.

  14. How do you clean my windows?
    We employ a thorough, four-step process on each window, while only using superior window cleaning equipment. If necessary, we will also use a professional grade cleaning solution in order to remove any hard-water stains from your window.
